Job Description:

We have openings for SALES Executive and SALES Manager.

Candidate must have computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

0- 4 years of experienced confident females are eligible for the role.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.

·        MS Office (word and excel), Photoshop exposure is a must

·        Graduates in English with a positive attitude

·        Fluency in English both written and verbal. Willing to work in a professional manner.
